3.2.6 Choose a Province

If you want to write an email to a Province of the Lombardia Region, from the envelop select "Choose the addressees", and then click "Choose a Province". You can select the Province you're interested in clicking on the rectangle and scrolling the list of Provinces. Just click on the Province name to select it. Click then the "ok" button to complete the procedure.
