If you want to write to an ASL "Azienda Sanitaria Locale" of the Lombardia Region, from the envelope click on "Choose the addressees", then select "Choose an ASL". You'll be asked to select from the list the ASL you're interested in.  When your selection is done, click the "ok" button to complete the procedure.
